Saint John Paul II PTO Meeting Minutes
October 10, 2018
The meeting was brought to order by Nikki Perry at 8:05am.
in attendance were:
- Mr. Testa – Principal
- Nikki Perry – PTO President
- Angela Moneski – PTO Secretary
- Kaela Blum – PTO Treasurer
Mr. Testa started with the principal’s report:
- He stated that the SOAR penny war raised $300.00
- Terra Nova testing results will be in within a few weeks
- Friday, October 12th, is the end of the Fall Fundraiser
- STEM night will be 10/18 from 6-730 with 11 stations that each teacher is running along with help from high school students
- Next week is Anti Bullying week.
Nikki Perry’s President Report included:
- Lottery Fundraiser raised over $5,000.00
- Reminder that tonight 10/10 is Open House
- Pumpkin Decorating will take place this month in each classroom
- She Thanked Sandy Simmers for the generous gift basket donation for Open House
- Email Nikki is anything needs to be added to the agenda for next meeting
- 10/10 Jeans Day funds are going to a KC family battling cancer
Extras:
- Mandy from AVI was in attendance and told everyone that you can contact her with any
and all questions regarding the school lunches. She also said that a survey will be emailed
home to everyone.
