Winter sports’ official start date is Friday, November 18. No student will be permitted to participate beginning Friday without the CIPPE FORM 2022-23 completed and handed in.
-If it was completed for a fall sport, and no medical attention was needed since then, complete section 8-Recertification by parent/guardian and student.
-If it was completed for a fall sport, and the student required medical treatment from a licensed physician of medicine or osteopathic medicine, also complete section 9.
-If no fall sport was played, complete sections 1-7, which includes a physical.
This includes grades 7/8 Boys Basketball, High School Boys and Girls Basketball, Bowling (grades 7-12), cheerleading (grades 7-12) and danceline.
REMINDER: ALL FALL SPORTS UNIFORMS AND EQUIPMENT SHOULD BE RETURNED BY WEDNESDAY TO THE MAIN OFFICE.
