Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must be receiving a high school diploma or GED
- Must enroll at a Technical School, Trade School, or eligible 4-year college or university the 1st semester following diploma or GED
- Must live in one of these six counties: Mahoning, Columbiana, Trumbull, Lawrence, Mercer, Beaver
