The Mercer County Frontiers Club is seeking Afro-American applicants for its Annual Scholarship Awards. Applicants must be graduating seniors, in Mercer County or Brookfield. Consideration will be given to: grade point average; volunteer service in school and the community; and character. In addition to the above, applicants must submit an essay of three hundred (300) words or less on their goals in life and the importance of obtaining a quality education in today’s technical age.
