Field Trips have started for Pre-6th Students:
- K/1st- Oh Wow!
- 5th/6th- BizTown
- Pre-K, 2nd, 3rd- Keystone Safari
- 4th- Buhl Park- Environment Program
- May 6th-May 10th will be the NWEA Map Growth Assessments for all K to 6th students.
- The make-ups will be given the following week.
- Attendance and arriving on time is important for testing days.
- SJPII Field Fun Day will take place on May 29th.
- We are looking for volunteers to help that and be a team leader.
- Clearances are required.
- The halfway point for the 4th quarter is next Friday, May 3rd.
Progress Reports will be sent home on Monday, May 6th.
- Parents should continue to monitor their child’s progress using Gradelink.
- Any conferences prior to the end of the school year should be arranged with the classroom teacher.
- SJPII Religion Retreats will conclude next month. It has been wonderful having the KC students to assist.
- Save the Dates for end of the year events will be coming to Pre-K, K, and 6th grade for graduation and move-up events. May Crowning is May 10th and more information will follow with time for Mass.

- May 10, 2024- Seniors’ Last Day

- May 13, 2024- Senior Retreat to Lake Erie
- Week of May 13th- Senior Finals
- May 17, 2024- Senior Class Trip to Cedar Point
- May 23, 2024- Baccalaureate 10:00 am at KC gymnasium
- May 24, 2024- KC Graduation 7:00 pm at KC gymnasium
- May 29, 2024- 8th grade Move-Up at 10:00 am at KC gymnasium
- Week of May 27th- underclassman Finals
- Noon Dismissal – May 28, 29, and 30th
- May 31, 2024- Last Day of School. Mass at 9:00 am

Balance $3954.
The money for field trips and Easter Candy has been deducted.
PTO to pay for buses for field trips and Teacher Appreciation week.
- Old Business
o Field Trips for students K-6 have been in full swing.
▪ 5th and 6th go to BizTown on Thursday 4/25.
▪ Other grades have been to venues like Buhl Park and Keystone Safari.
o Mother Son Night- was a great success.
▪ Thank you to all who attended and those who volunteered their time and resources to make it happen.
- New Business
o Field Fun Day- Kona Ice Truck.
o Possible Ice Cream Truck Day at KC MS/HS.
o 2024-2025 Fundraiser breakdown- was approved.
▪ We will be adding Play for the K.
▪ Possible Purse Bingo this summer.
o Father Daughter Dance, this Saturday April 27th 6-8PM
▪The Royal Ball
o Teacher Appreciation Week May 6th – 10th
▪ Motivation Monday
▪ Taco Tuesday (will need volunteers to help set up at both SJPII and KC MS/HS)
