Prior to interview, administration requires the following:

  • Resume
  • Letter of Interest
  • 3 Letters of Recommendation
  • Copy of PA teaching certificate
  • Copy of College Transcripts
  • Act 34, Act 114, and Act 151 Clearances
  • Employment Application

 

Upon hiring, applicants will need:

  • Health Certificate dated with past year- eriercd.org/schools.asp
  • Act 34 Employee background check
  • I-9; U.S. Department of Justice Form and copies of two forms of identification
  • Completed Arrest/Conviction Report and Certification Form (PDE-6004)
  • Pastor Recommendation Form
